1. Purpose and Scope of these Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all conferences organized by ImmunoRad (Gustave Roussy).
Purchasing a ticket for a conference implies the unconditional acceptance by the buyer (referred to as The Client) and full adherence to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Consequently, the Client's purchase constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time without prior notice by our company, and such changes will only apply to orders placed after the implementation of the modifications. The Terms and Conditions of Sale are permanently accessible on the website: immunorad.fr
2. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, event tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
3. Availability of Seats
ImmunoRad allocates a number of seats.
Purchasing is done in real-time. Thus, when purchasing tickets online, you are informed in real-time of the availability of tickets.
4. Price
The ticket price is indicated in euros, excluding taxes, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI.
Depending on the event, fees may be added to the ticket price. These fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
ImmunoRad reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Tickets cannot be resold. We remind you that under Article L.313-6-2 of the Penal Code, “the act of selling, offering for sale, or exhibiting for sale access tickets to a sports, cultural, or commercial event or a live show, habitually and without the authorization of the producer, organizer, or the owner of the event’s exploitation rights, is punishable by a fine of €15,000.
This fine increases to €30,000 in the event of a repeat offense.” An access ticket includes "any ticket, document, message, or code, whatever its form or medium, that proves acquisition from the producer, organizer, or owner of the event’s exploitation rights to attend the event.”
5. Payment and Security
Ticket payment is made via a secure payment process using data encryption to prevent interception by a third party. Payment can be made by credit card using secure online payment systems or reservation with a payment deadline of two months.
ImmunoRad uses Cédric VERJAT - CED-WEB for ticket sales.

After payment, the Client receives a confirmation email with the invoice attached.
Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB is not responsible for fraudulent use of payment methods. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client's banking details are not stored by Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB.
6. Delivery
The Client receives a second email containing the ticket to print and present at the entrance of the event.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Event Modification or Cancellation and Refunds
In case of a change in time and/or venue (e.g., natural disaster, attack), ImmunoRad will notify you by email sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.
You can also find all the necessary information regarding changes to the event on our website (immunorad.fr).
Given the potential for electronic messaging failures, ImmunoRad cannot guarantee receipt of an email. Therefore, ImmunoRad recommends checking within 24 hours prior to the event to ensure it is proceeding without changes by visiting our website (immunorad.fr).
In case of cancellation or postponement, ImmunoRad will notify you by email, and we will proceed with a refund. The refund is based on the ticket price and will be made via bank transfer to the account associated with the credit card used during payment.
Outside the conditions listed here, no reservation cancellations can be made.
Tickets are non-refundable, even in case of loss or theft, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7.2. Personal Data
The Client is informed, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 (Data Protection Act), that the personal data collected during purchase is used for managing and processing the purchase. The Client’s email address will also be used to inform them of future events organized by ImmunoRad.
In accordance with the provisions of the January 6, 1978 law, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and, if applicable, delete their data. This right can be exercised by contacting ImmunoRad via email at
7.3. Internet-Related Constraints
Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB is subject to the constraints of the Internet.
You declare that you are fully aware of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, through which Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB provides the site and the "Ticketing" section.
You acknowledge that data transmissions over the Internet have only relative technical reliability, as they travel over heterogeneous networks with varying characteristics and technical capabilities, which may be overloaded at certain times; that data transmitted over the Internet is not protected from possible interception and may be subject to unauthorized use by third parties; and that it is impossible to control how data might be used by third parties on the Internet.
Therefore, Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB cannot be held responsible for any of the aforementioned occurrences. Cédric VERJAT-CED-WEB is relieved of any liability in cases of force majeure, including Internet network malfunctions, telephone line issues, or reception equipment failures that prevent or hinder the use of the website.
8. Client Obligations
By making a purchase on ImmunoRad, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase.
You are responsible for all data you enter directly on the website.
9. Applicable Law
All clauses in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referenced herein, will be governed by French law.
In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
