1. Purpose and scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all conferences organized by ImmunoRad (Gustave Roussy).

Any purchase of a ticket for a conference implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser (referred to as the Customer) and his or her full and complete adherence to these General Terms of Sale. Consequently, the purchase by a Customer implies the latter's unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The present General Conditions of Sale can be modified at any time and without notice by our company, the modifications being then applicable only to the orders carried out after their date of implementation. 2. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

3. Availability of seats

ImmunoRad allocates a number of seats.
The purchase is made in real time. Therefore, when you purchase tickets online, you are informed in real time of the availability of tickets.

4. Prices

The price of the ticket is indicated in Euros, all taxes included.
Depending on the event, fees may be added to the ticket price.

ImmunoRad reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Tickets cannot be resold. In this respect, we remind you that in application of the provisions of article L.313-6-2 of the French Penal Code, "the fact of selling, offering for sale or exhibiting for sale or transfer or providing the means for the sale or transfer of access tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or a live performance, in a habitual manner and without the authorization of the producer, organizer or owner of the exploitation rights of this event or this performance, is punishable by a fine of 15,000 €. This penalty is increased to a fine of €30,000 in the event of a repeat offence". Is considered in the sense of the law as a title of access, "any ticket, document, message or code, whatever the form and the support, attesting to the obtaining from the producer, the organizer or the owner of the exploitation rights of the right to attend the event or the show."

5. Payment methods and security

The payment of the ticket is done by secure payment by a procedure of encryption of the data in order to avoid the interception of this information by a third party, by credit card of secure on-line payment and by reservation within a time of payment equal to two months.

ImmunoRad is a client of Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB for the sale of tickets.
The general terms and conditions of sale of ImmunoRad can be consulted at this address: GTC After payment, the Customer receives an order confirmation email, with the invoice on request.
Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB shall not be held liable in the event of fraudulent use of the payment methods used. In accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer's bank details are not kept by Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB.

6. Delivery

The Customer receives a second email containing the ticket to be printed and presented at the entrance of the event concerned.

7. Limits of liability

7.1. Modification or cancellation of an event and refund

In case of modification of the time and/or place (e.g.: natural disaster, attack), you will be informed by ImmunoRad by sending an e-mail to the address you provided at the time of your purchase.
You will also find all the necessary information concerning the modifications affecting the event on the website (immunorad.org).

In any case and taking into account in particular the hazards related to electronic messaging, ImmunoRad cannot guarantee you the good reception of an email. Consequently, ImmunoRad recommends that you check during the 24 hours preceding the event, whether it is maintained without modification by connecting to our website (immunorad.org).

In case of cancellation or postponement of the date, you will be informed by ImmunoRad by sending an e-mail to the address you provided when you purchased the event and we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made on the basis of the price of the ticket, and by bank transfer to the account of the credit card used for payment.
Apart from the conditions set out below, no cancellation of your reservation can be made.
The ticket is not refundable, even in case of loss or theft. The ticket cannot be taken back or exchanged.

7.2 Personal data.

The Customer is informed, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, known as the "Loi Informatique et Libertés", that personal data concerning him/her collected during his/her purchase is used for the purposes of managing and processing his/her purchase. His/her e-mail address will be used to inform him/her of new events organized by ImmunoRad.

In accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and, if necessary, deletion of the data concerning him. This right can be exercised with ImmunoRad, by e-mail or telephone.

7.3 Internet-related constraints

Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB is subject to the constraints of the Internet.
You declare that you are fully aware of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, through which Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB makes the Site and the "Ticketing" area available.
You therefore acknowledge that data transmissions on the Internet are only relatively reliable technically, as they circulate on heterogeneous networks with diverse characteristics and technical capacities, which are sometimes saturated at certain times of the day; data circulating on the Internet is not protected against possible misappropriation, and that it is impossible to control the use that may be made of it by third parties on the Internet.
Consequently, Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB cannot be held responsible for any of the facts or events mentioned above. Cedric Verjat_CED-WEB shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, including in particular the malfunctioning of the Internet network, telephone lines, or reception equipment preventing or hindering the use of the Site.

8. Obligations of the customer

By proceeding with a purchase on ImmunoRad, you undertake to respect the provisions of the GTC applicable at the time of your purchase.
You are responsible for all data that you enter directly on the Site.

9. Applicable law

All the clauses appearing in the present general conditions of sale, as well as all the operations of purchase and sale which are aimed there, will be subjected to the French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
