By delivering a single fraction of non-homogenous radiation doses within the same tumor, researchers observed enhanced anti-tumor responses and #synergistic efficacy when combined with immunotherapy in #murine tumor models. These methods spatially reshaped the tumor immune #microenvironment in a dose-dependent manner, and the efficacy of their combination with immunotherapy notably relied on the T cell compartment.
