These methods spatially reshaped the tumor immune #microenvironment in a dose-dependent manner, and the efficacy of their combination with immunotherapy notably relied on the T cell compartment. These results suggest that delivering spatially heterogeneous #radiation doses could represent a promising strategy to improve the therapeutic index of radiotherapy in combination with immunotherapy.
